Excalibur Brothers ships mostly via UPS. Service levels available within the continental USA are UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. Excalibur Brothers reserves the right to substitute an equivalent carrier at the same service level.
UPS Canada Standard ground service is available to most addresses in Canada. Orders to the Northwest, Yukon & Nunivat Territories will ship via UPS Worldwide Saver as UPS Canada Standard service is not available to these destinations.
All UPS Services offer point to point online tracking of your order. You can track the progress as it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your door. All orders are also fully insured against damage and loss.
UPS Ground Service to The United States
Orders over $199.00 being shipped by Ground Delivery within the 48 contiguous United States receive Free Ground Delivery. All other orders are calculated based on weight and destination using the UPS Online Shipping Tool. Shipping Charges will appear on the shipping information page after the shipping destination has been entered and clicking the “Update” button. Your order will not be processed or billed until you proceed to the payment information page, verify the order and click the “Submit” button.
Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select Within The United States
Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select charges are all based on the weight of your order and the destination of the order. If you chose one of these options you can check your shipping charges simply by going to the shopping cart and clicking on the “CheckOut” button. (Don’t worry you can always return to shopping or cancel your order at any point before you click the “Submit Order” button.) Your order will not be processed or billed until you click the “Submit” button. (UPS Next Day Air & UPS 3 Day Select are not available to Alaska & Hawaii.)
The vast majority of items Excalibur Brothers offers are legal to be exported to Canada. There are a few items that Canada will not allow us to ship across the border. These items are marked “Cannot Be Shipped to Canada” on the product page and the shopping cart should not allow an order to be completed if it contains items on the list. In the unlikely event an item is paid for and cannot be delivered a replacement item or refund will be offered.

UPS Ground Service to Canada is based on the weight and destination of the order. Shipping Charges will appear on the shipping information page after the shipping destination has been entered and clicking the “Update” button. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select to Canada
We are sorry but UPS does not offer these services to Canadian customers.
Although we do our very best to keep all items offered in stock there are rare occasions where the computer inventory shows an item in stock but there are none actually in the warehouse. If this happens you will be notified by e-mail. If you wish to keep the item on backorder you simply do nothing and as soon as the item is in stock we will ship the item to you. If the item cannot ship within 30 days you will be notified at that time and be given the option to have your purchase refunded to your credit card or leave the item on back order. If you wish to cancel the backorder simply follow the instructions included in the e-mail notification.
If you already have a PayPal account you can use PayPal to automatically debit your checking OR savings account. If you do not have a PayPal account already you can easily sign up at PayPal.
You may also use ANY debit card or gift card that bears a VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express logo or emblem including pre-paid debit cards. You must register an address for your pre-paid debit card to order online as our system requires a match with the Address Verification System (AVS). If you do not have an address registered you may call us at 1-877-220-3259 and ask for a voice authorization.
We are required by Michigan state law to collect 6% sales tax on any items (not including shipping & handling charges) purchased by residents of the state of Michigan. (Regardless of shipping destination.) However as part of our 0% Sales Tax policy we will pay the 6% Michigan sales tax out of our profits. Sales tax will not be added to any other orders. Items shipped into Michigan but purchased by non-residents are NOT subject to Michigan State Sales Tax.
Due to recent changes in many countries laws regarding the importing, purchase, delivery or ownership of various styles of swords and knives Excalibur Brothers only ships within the USA, Canada & Puerto Rico.
Our orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders are usually processed within 3-4 business days.
If you need to have your order processed immediately, we offer RUSH same day processing*. All you need to do is select a premium shipping service upon checkout. This would be UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3 Day Select. Your order will automatically go the front of the orders for expedited processing.
For shipments required the next day, be sure to call a Customer Service Representative to ensure your order goes out the same day at 1-517-897-3508. All Overnight shipment requests placed by 12:00Noon EST Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day. You will receive your package the next day (not including Saturday and Sunday)
*Same day processing means that your package will ship the same day if you place the order by 12:00 Noon EST Monday – Friday. UPS does not offer Saturday or Sunday pick-up service. Rush orders placed after 12:00 Noon EST Friday, or anytime on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday (except if Monday is a legal holiday). It will still take 1-3 days for your order to arrive, depending on shipping method selected (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select).
Unfortunately we do not offer a catalog. We do this because the cost of printing and mailing a catalog drives up costs resulting in higher prices to everyone. So instead we keep our website up to date on a daily basis and new items are added as they are available. We do have plans to offer a downloadable .PDF catalog but no date has been determined yet.
We’d almost hope this one would fall into the category of “common-sense” but since it was asked we will answer.
A “False-Edged” sword means simply that the cutting edge has not been sharpened to a razor edge for effective cutting. The edges and point can still be on the “sharp” side and can be dangerous if not properly handled. These are NOT toys!!!
NEVER run a blade, sword or knife across or into any part of your or anyone else’s body. Always think SAFETY FIRST!!! A perfect example just the other day. I was opening a small tool box and ran my thumb across the edge (which is not sharpened) and cut it just deep enough to draw blood. Always err on the side of caution!!!

Dimensional weight on most products is the actual shipping weight of the item. Some swords and axes are very long and/or have large handles and pommels. UPS assigns a minimum weight on any package based on the cubic inches of the package (Length x Width x Height). For orders UPS shipped within the USA divides that number by 166 and charges the greater of this number or the actual weight. Example. A sword may weigh 4 lbs but requires a box 56″ long x 12″ wide by 3″ high. (56x12x3=2016) If you divide 2016 by 166 this package has an 13 pound minimum weight for express and international shipments. (2016/166=12.1445….) All fractions of a pound are rounded up to the next full pound. For international orders (including Canada) UPS divides the number by 139. In the above example the package would have a minimum weight of 15 pounds. (2016/139=14.5035….)
For UPS Ground Shipments if the cubic size of a package is greater than 5184 cubic inches (Length x Width x Height) UPS divides the cubic size by 166 and charges the greater of this or the actual weight. Example. An item may weigh 24 lbs but requires a box 18″ long x 18″ wide by 24″ high. (18x18x24=7776) If you divide 7776 by 166 this package has an 47 pound minimum weight. (7776/166=46.8433…) All fractions of a pound are round up to the next full pound. (Full UPS Explanation)
Yes. We are happy to serve those in the Military who serve us and protect our freedoms. Please be advised that our credit card processor checks the IP country of origin against the issuing bank country of origin. Therefore if you are using a card from a US based bank you will need to place your order by phone. please call 1-517-897-3508 or have a family member here in the US place the order online for you.
To prevent international credit card fraud our processors are set to check the IP address country of origin of all orders against the issuing banks country of origin and if they don’t match the processor will reject the order. This prevents an unscrupulous person from another country from using credit cards information of US citizens gained through illegal methods from placing orders on our site. The unfortunate byproduct is that our military members stationed overseas who have US based banks accounts cannot place an order online. We are happy to help you place your order by phone by calling 1-517-897-3508 or having a family member here in the US place the order online for them.
